So it's off to Europe on Monday. First stop is Italy where I will take part in a Super Enduro DH event. Basically this is a race made up of stages in which you have to pedal to the start of each downhill. Only the downs are timed, but each rider still has to make it to the top of each run for his start time. It should be a fun event and I always look forward to Italy as the food and coffee are top notch.
From Italy we are heading back to England for year two of Bike Radar Live. It's in a different location than last year, but I hear the event is going to be even better, so definitely looking forward to it. Last year was amazing and the weather was all time, so crossing my fingers we can get some more of that sunshine. Aside from competing in the dual slalom there may be consideration to start the short track event as well. Going to play that by ear and see how I feel, but sounds like a fun course being built by Will Longden.
Will try to post some updates from the road.
