Palm Springs
Just arrived in Palm Springs for the second round of testing on our 2011 Oakley mtb line. Cedric, Joe from the Bike Co, Rachael, Blick, and the rest of the Oakley crew are all here and we are pretty stoked on how this second round is looking. WE have a couple big rides planned over the next few days and we have Mattias from Sweden taking the pics. One of the best MTB photographers out there. If you haven't seen his work than you missed the photo contest at Crankworxs Whistler last year, as Mattias took home the win.
Looking forward to riding here as there is some huge mountains around and I have never ridden here. And the weather should be perfect this time of the year. You definitely can't come here in the summer. Blick was telling me on the drive up that he use to live here and when he did it hit 138 degrees one day and that's when he knew he had to get the hell out of here.... good move Blick.
