new bikes, new champions
Got some new custom ibis frames yesterday, so hopefully in a week or so I will have them all built up. So far I got a new hard tail (Tranny) which is coming in at almost a pound lighter than my custom one from last year and I also got a new sm Mojo which is a bit custom as well, also almost a pound lighter than mine from last year. Weight is coming off in all the right places which ultimately makes the bikes ride that much better, giving a bit where you need it, while being strong and stiff where that is needed. Can't wait to get these built up, but in the mean time I will try and remember to take a snap shot and throw them up.
In other news, GM has been in So Cal doing some tire testing. Hutchinson....hmmm, will we see the Syndicate boys on some new tread???
Tomorrow night is the big show down... you thought I was talking about supercross I bet? Well, that too, but the real showdown is between Manny Pacquiao & Ricky Hatton. Should be a good fight, but my money is on Pacquiao. Last year he destroyed Oscar De Lahoya... absolutely killed him. And a couple years ago I got the satisfaction of calling Peaty at 4am UK time to rub it in when Floyd Mayweather KO'd Hatton who hails from England. Either way, tomorrow night is going to crown 2 champions and both of those champions will have a tough competitor standing in their way with the same dreams.
