eurobike

I have been in Germany at Eurobike now for the past four days and just about over it. Trade shows drain you and this one is no different in that aspect. Everyone told me that it is so much larger than Interbike and it does seem bigger, but also much different. There are companies with huge booths here that I have never even heard of. There are also tons of city bikes, commuter bikes, 3 wheeled recumbent bikes and not much 20" stuff, so the trends are different and there style is definitely not like the USA. Sunday, the last day, is open to the public and it is packed. So many people walking around it was hard to even walk around much.

All and all it was a good first time experience. Did a few interviews with some Euro mags, some Euro online tv guys, got a few new contacts, shook lots of hands, made some autographs, met new distributors and dealers, celebrated my Bday with some friends, so it was worth the trip.

Off to Italy in a few days for the MaxiAvalance.
